Page 14 Sightlines 8 - I introduced the story yesterday - provided bio on the author and went over the term - dialect re: the narration in the piece. Many students completed a individual silent read of this yesterday - Today is the day the teacher TTOC reads this story aloud :)  3. Independent Work - Hand out Thank You Ma'am worksheets - located at the front of the room - large desk - with post it - Student Review and Complete Questions #1-6 Full sentences.
